Founded an independent distributor to specialize in semi-conductors and sub-assemblies. Developed critical relationships at Dell, I.B.M., Hewlett Packard, AT&T, Cisco, Intel, Research in Motion, and Apple. Introduced new products to strategic accounts and assisted in training sales force. Created methodologies to increase the profitability of Dell Computer and Hewlett Packard. Managed the inventory of memory, storage, and CPU's for Dell. Recognized as "Most Critical Supplier" 1994,95,97,98. Achieved top rating in I.B.M. supplier quality program.

Recruited to VTC to build a sales organization. Responsible for East Coast Region (East Canada To Florida). Created a presence at the “make or break” accounts. Established the IBM account and raised profits from zero to $270M in 24 months. Built the AT&T account and drove profits from zero to $120m in 24 months. Created the major accounts program that kept VTC profitable.

Recruited by NEC to build a presence at IBM. Responsible for hiring within in the contract sales organization including the management and supervision of consultants and independent sales organizations. My department spearheaded the implementation of JIT (just in time) methodologies which have become the industry standard for manufacturing.

Responsible for IBM global business-to-client relationship. Located in Poughkeepsie, directed sales and technical efforts for I.B.M. along with negotiation of component contracts, including pricing and delivery. Responsible for the health and vitality of the account. Grew the business beyond memory products, becoming the first American Vendor of Application Specific products in level 3 product. Pioneered the PC business and became the number one supplier of Ram, Rom, and Asic along with the infant EEprom program.
