This includes the careful consideration of written and illustrative materials, as well as tone, narrative and continuity• Co-manage a talented in-house studio team, and maintain productive, long-term working relationships with a pool of expert freelance creatives• Commission a variety of content, briefing writers, designers and photographers as appropriate• Recruit and support new team members• Work closely with partner organisations to help them achieve their project goals and ensure they receive all the professional support they require• Establish and develop relationships with external suppliers• Successfully ensure deadlines are met, manage production schedules and project budgets• Ensure the highest of standards in all aspects of the production process, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Contribute editorial ideas and written content for multiple lifestyle, sports and business titles• Commission freelance writers and photographers• Proofread all content for accuracy and style• Coordinate with sales staff and advertisers to ensure that all third-party elements meet client and project requirements.
