Currently supporting multiple federal grant funded projects including High Consequence Infectious Disease Transport and Region 1- RDHRS Response Center Coordination. Previous projects included Covid-19 supply chain analysis for local government stockpile planning, and an exploration into ventilator categorization.

As an active intermittent Federal Disaster Worker, I serve as a member of the Massachusetts-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team with deployments to Virginia (2016) Panama City, FL (2018), East Coast and Bahamas (2019), Lake Charles, LA (2020), and Sarasota, FL (2022).

• Oversaw Global Service Operations (31 FTEs) responsible for 12% of hospital patient volume and 24% of hospital operating margin. Core achievements include creation of safety and quality forum achieved operational efficiency and delivered value to an international clientele through innovative operational huddles and forums. • Responsible for new customer acquisition and embassy relations (customer retention) for highly competitive Middle Eastern market. Implemented a Visiting Physician Program with one of our major strategic partner from the GCC region.

• Led the reorganization of the hospital’s International Patient Care Operations department. Revised numerous internal processes achieving the reduction of intake process by 50%, and the implementation of a new IT system. Identified the business analytics specific to the international patient referral business and developed operational reports which fostered new patient volume and improved existing embassy relationships. Co-led the creation and implementation of an International Medical Service, a comprehensive care coordination team.• Led the International Health Education Department in the development of an on-line application portal. Implemented philanthropic development opportunities to fund strategic Observerships to enhance Business Development activity.• Established distribution and tracking system for philanthropic funds dedicated to support International patients and families.

• In addition to duties listed below, led Patient Placement Program Operations and large institutional Length of Stay and Capacity initiatives. Redesigned daily capacity report and created executive management dashboard to guide institutional decisions around capacity. Created daily capacity huddle and founded Utilization /Capacity Management Committee.

Responsible for the application, administration, budget and expense accounting, inventory management and completion of all targeted deliverables for all activates related to the following: Health Resources and Services Administration | ASPR Hospital Preparedness Program Grants• Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) -FFY2005-2014• Supplemental Ebola Preparedness and Response Grant EP-U3R-15-002 - FFY2016 which resulted in CDC designation as Pediatric Ebola Treatment CenterSpecialized Multi-Year Grant H34MC10575-01-00 2008-2011Co-led the Investigation of the development of creating technology that would better enable pediatric reunification post-disaster. "Project Reunite", was a $750,000 award and formed the collaboration between Boston Children’s Hospital and MIT, and University of Berkeley. Developed a protocol for capturing images of “lost” children and extracting information about their specific features. • Formalized Emergency Management practice and created an enterprise-wide department focused on minimizing hospital disruption through comprehensive risk assessment and improvements to planning, mitigation, response, and recovery strategies. Implemented enterprise-wide adoption of Hospital Incident Command System (HICS). Successfully implemented a comprehensive on-call system responsible for planned and unplanned hospital disruption response and recovery. Identified and created departmental performance improvement metrics specific to institutional disruption and response.

Responsible for EMS department operations including: 24/7/365 a dispatch center; (2) non-transporting Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic ambulances; (4) Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances and an educational center providing EMS training including EMT-Basic curriculum.Led the development of one of the first pre-hospital EMS QA/QI systems used in Massachusetts.

Mwmc- Natick Campus

Responsible for 24/7/365 Non-transporting Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic System providing 911 coverage for over 12 towns. Aided the development of one of the first electronic field reporting systems used in Massachusetts. Incorporated data from this program to provide comprehensive feedback to staff paramedic and to direct educational training for coverage community.

Mwmc- Natick Campus

Staff Paramedic providing Advanced Life Support (ALS) care in accordance to OEMS statewide treatment protocols to numerous communities. Provided educational support to surrounding towns and communities.
