Served as Project Manager for all construction and development activities, including multiunit communities, commercial tenant fit-outs, community centers, and multi-regional single-family homes. Managed entire project lifecycles, from initial conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Managed subcontractors in all aspects of construction, from site work through delivery to the customer, including one-year warranty customer service, project scheduling, material ordering and management, and quality assurance. Collaborated with external stakeholders, including potential buyers, lenders, and community partners, to facilitate successful execution of projects.
