Pre and post settlements for OTC Options and Equity Swaps. This role was not only to ensure the clients are paid correctly and on time but also to ensure any errors are idenified and resolved before cut off for payment, liasing with Front office and middle office to get this resolved. Process improvement was a key part of this role.
