Welcome to Reve(a)l Productions. We aim to support the growth and development of people who are marginalised or disadvantaged using Social & Community Theatre (Applied Theatre) and putting on devised ‘Shows with Meaning’ in local community settings. We work flexibly on a range of projects and funding. Audiences may be small and connected to the performers or in a wider setting – the performances bring a message to the audience that is critical to the development of the performers in changing their lives or the lives of others.Reve(a)l Productions has worked – and will continue to work – with varied communities including: war affected youth and schoolchildren in Sierra Leone; serving soldiers; veterans in rehabilitation; recovering addicts; homeless people; children and adults with special needs; young women at risk; ex-offenders; young people – multiculturally. We aim to work with this diversity, and also with audiences who connect with these performers.

Creative rehabilitation and improvement: Working with people in acute and community mental health settings, LOMAKATSI is a structured programme that employs a variety of creative (music, art, movement, drama) and mindfulness approaches which invite a journey of self-discovery and communication. During the programme, our clients explore their hidden talents, increase their self-confidence step-by-step, and acquire the capabilities necessary for as independent a life as possible.2. I bring my organisation development experience together with Lomakatsi 'creative engagement' methods to develop teams, organisations and partners to achieve better outcomes, improved collaboration and and greater effectiveness. This can be in support of developing the leadership needed to implement 'creative rehabilitation', and also to focus on improving both the performance and well-being of people in the team, organisation, partnership.

Developing local communities of older men to work with local male young offenders. 'Rite of Passage' weekend, 12 weeks ABOB mentoring (accredited) and community activities support the young men to change 'my story'. ABOB is now also a strategic partner of MTC Novo, which has recently won preferred bidder status for 2 Community Rehabilitation Company contracts with the M of Justice - - For London and Thames Valley. I am particularly focused on facilitating our first community in London based around Tottenham.
