• Working as a credit analyst, with a portfolio of 30 clients• Management of personal and SME customers with distressed debt of €0.5-€5m• Analyse and assess customer’s financial position from their Net Worth Statement, Statement of Means and Audited Financial Accounts if applicable• Preparation of Credit Applications, including analysis of company accounts, cashflow statements, repayment capacity and security• Calculate projected cashflows to ensure provision adequacy• Regular discussions with senior management on strategy of individual cases• Restructure client’s debt in line with affordability, applying the Bank’s Customer Treatment Strategy• Standard Forbearance Options: Term Extension, Interest Only, Capitalise Arrears• Advanced Forbearance Options: Split Mortgage, Voluntary Sale for Loss, Negative Equity Trade Down, Compromise Arrangement, Low Fixed Interest Rate• Meet and negotiate strategy with client’s with aim of maximising debt recovery• Submit Credit Application to the Credit Portfolio Manager for sign-off and ensure drawdown of agreed strategy for customers• Ensure security is in order and enforceable, engage solicitors to review security, and follow-up outstanding security• Liaise with auctioneers and solicitors with regard to sale of properties, ensuring the Bank achieves its minimum asset disposal target amount• Successfully met and exceeded H1 2014 restructure targets as measured by both volume and value• Relationship management with the customer, ensuring all queries/issues are dealt with in an effective and professional manner• Comply with all Bank policies and CCMA2, MARPS, CPC and SME codes
