As a Technical Assistant I am responsible for:Ensuring the proper processing of documents, processing and confirming transactions / policy changes with the carrier and Insured.Prioritizing and responding to requests from Client Managers and Assistant Client Managers.Processing Certificates of Insurance: Adding Certificate Holders and issuing Certificates. Dispatching Renewal Certificates to holders.Issuing Auto Identification Cards to the Insured parties.Correspondence with clients and carriers.Maintaining client files using the proper agency procedures and standards.Backup for Switchboard Operations.Documenting Renewal Bonds and attaching correspondence.Processing Form Letters.Adding new clients and prospects.Managing downloaded exceptions files received from carriers.
