Established disciplined engineering processes and practices in accordance with the CMMI Model. Led the command to a successful CMMI Level III certification that verified SSC Pacific has the tools and repeatable processes to consistently implement project and systems engineering practices across the organization.

End To End Systems Engineering Manager
Direct Report to the SSC Pacific Executive Director, responsible for developing and leading a team of engineers and coordinating all organizational activities with respect to End to End (E2E) C4ISR system engineering, integration and testing. Provided overall project direction and served as a single point of contact across the command for the Naval Command and Control System (NCCS) products that consisted of numerous C4I GOTS and COTS software and hardware systems. Led 6 of 6 successful Demonstration Tests (DT) afloat and ashore. Conducted successful TECHEVAL with follow-on successful OPEVAL. Responsible for leading the project team to a successful CMM Level III assessment.
