Stephen Mutiso is the Property Officer at Kenya Power Pension Fund. His key responsibilities include ensuring efficient property development and management. Before joining Kenya Power, Stephen was the Head of Valuation at Ark Consultants Limited where he was involved in managing and Coordinating day to day work of the valuation department, valuation of all aspects of properties as well as research. When time allowed, he was involved in property management and site acquisition. He has accumulated over eight (8) years experience in real estate, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate both from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate from the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. He is a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, Registered Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board as per the Valuers Act - Cap 532 and a Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Registration Board as per the Estate Agents Act - Cap 533. He is also involved in leadership and youth development/empowerment activities through Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF)- a movement of young leaders drawn from Africa countries with a vision of nurturing a new breed of African leaders to exemplify leadership qualities, values and principles of Jesus Nazareth as exemplified by people like Julius Nyerere, Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa and others of this kind.
