In addition to my role as PM, I was also involved in overseeing the operations of a dedicated helpline. Previous to above, I was NSW Sales Coordinator with Audioxtra Pty Ltd (2018-2019).This role involved selling, dealing directly with customers, and processing sales orders. The role also involved managing sales administration activities for NSW region such as invoicing and crediting. Previously over 20 years of experience with IBM.Working as the Compliance and Controls Officer for the IBM Australia Superannuation Plan under AustralianSuper. My role was to work closely with the IBM Super Plan Consultative Committee to ensure that the IBM Pension Fund meets the needs of its members and IBM's internal audit requirements (e.g. Sarbanes Oxley).
