Responsible for oversight of athletes and students in the fitness center. Assist athletics coaches with the scheduling and implementation of sport specific training programs. Responsible for oversight of students in the laboratory. Assist professors during laboratory experiences and research. Serve as an educational resource to undergraduate students. Administrative and managerial duties as needed.

Direct team during practices and games, continue to develop players' skills and understanding of the game of ice hockey, instill a competitive, fun, safe environment, and teach players to work as a team striving toward a common goal.

Manage athlete’s training sessions including running treadmill, hockey treadmill, plyometrics & agility drills. Provide constructive criticism to improve athlete’s running form, weight training technique, and sport specific skills.

The Opertations Associate position is part of a management training program with Erickson Retirement Communities. Employees are generally recent college graduates and spend about one year in the operations associate position. In my experience as an operations associate I gained an understanding of senior living through the perspective of the “Erickson Way.” I obtained experience in the administration, marketing, general services, human resources, resident life and dining services departments. My experiences within each department allowed me to improve my communication skills with residents, executive management, and employees.
