About Stephen Osborne

I’m a Chartered Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience, and my work involves professional consultancy for the design and management of MEP engineering for buildings and associated infrastructure. I'm a Board Director with specific responsibility for leading the Wallace Whittle Sustainability team and the Edinburgh office. I have successfully led MEP and multidiscipline engineering teams in the design and delivery of many prestigious buildings and associated infrastructure across a number of sectors. I have experience in office, education, hotel, residential, science, retail, arts, leisure and masterplanning. Significant projects I have worked on include two new University campuses, schools and colleges, laboratories, several BCO Award-winning office developments, hotels, shopping centres, residential developments and historic buildings.I believe strongly in diversity and inclusion. We all have the right to bring our true selves to work, unthreatened and unhindered. I’m an advocate for mental health and a qualified mental health first aider. My door is open to all who may need such support. Communication and close client relations are key to the delivery of professional service. I take pride in my ability to clearly explain complex technical issues and to repeatedly deliver quality of product and service.
