Miniroos Technical Director, Goalkeeper Technical Director and Female Football Technical Director.- Assist the Technical Director/s in the appointment of coaches.- Develop and implement coaching standards, roles and responsibilities, and professional support with development pathways to coaching and playing groups.-Support the Clubs football operations, coaches, and managers to develop and implement a football development plan and playing model.- In conjunction with coaches, oversee the selection of respective teams or squads.- Implement Coaching workshops to engage coaching teams and outline strategic framework / Club requirements.- Dispute resolution / mediation function – interface for parent feedback, monitoring 'health' issues and grievance handling process-Establish and maintain strong professional relationships and communication with all coaches, the committee, and various stakeholders, including other Clubs (both association Clubs, Elite and State Clubs), associations, schools and FFA.- Establish a communication strategy with our coaches to provide advice and support on coaching matters. Provide coaches with assessments covering training and game day activities.

As technical director of the club my role is to take ownership of the direction and development of players, their coaches, and coaching programs within the Club. In doing so the Technical Director will create a sustainable system that provides coaches with support whilst developing the future of talented football in their Club.

Have worked on rolling out the Miniroo's certificate across to coaches and schools within WA.Worked alongside Cris Ola supporting and assessing the FFA C licence.

I have a goalkeeping academy based on the NSW Northern Beaches and WA, Perth which I own and operate. I have found there is such a strong demand for education into developing and strengthening keepers with little resources available within the area. We focus on all key fundamental techniques for keepers of all ages, gender and abilities.

Head Goalkeeper Coach for the club

I primarily focus on the development of all keepers for all Senior Men squads for Brookvale FC. I am the first point of contact for any goalkeeper queries or training in relation to keepers for the club.
