With PwC I worked as part of the UK's Salesforce practice where I was part of the team implementing Salesforce solutions. All of the implementations where based on the Agile methodology.- Most significantly I worked on PwC's internal global rollout of Sales cloud, where I used my Salesforce reporting skills to help define the Salesforce reporting methodology for the UK firm and other territories. - I managed Salesforce reporting requests/issues for 2,500+ Salesforce total end-users.- I used my knowledge of Salesforce B2B commerce to work with a large multinational building supplier to develop a vendor comparison, a detailed analysis of their current online presence and present the art of the possible for them move to Commerce Cloud leading to a significant win. - I held a number of project management roles including the development of an application to be sold as a managed package on the Salesforce App Exchange. This build involved multiple teams in different time zones. - Prior to leaving the firm, I was working for one of the world's largest Real Estate Advisors as a senior analyst defining requirements for a Sales Cloud implementation for their UK business.

Undertook a placement at a renowned college, managing the internal SharePoint and responsible for video production and blackboard administration. After completing, the placement, I was employed for another two to lead the development and implementation of a Virtual Campus, a project that gained funding and generated a significant number of new jobs.
