I have been on this planet for over sixty years and can't count the number of fish and chips meals I've enjoyed. My mission is to help preserve the traditional chippies and raise awareness about their decline. I plan to travel around the country, visit different fish and chip shops, sample their fare, and provide my reviews. I also hope to visit fishing villages and fish markets where chippies get their stock and to speak with professionals in the business about all aspects of the traditional fish and chip shop.I'm also hoping for companies to sponsor my efforts.Cheers, Steve.
