I acted as a perm focused "360" recruitment professional for the staffing industry throughout the UK.Primarily focused on business development, account management and candidate sourcing for staffing businesses operating across the FMCG, Supply Chain, Engineering & Construction Sectors.Specialised in recruiting: Senior Leaders, Divisional Directors, Heads of Department, Recruitment Consultants at all levels and Account Managers.

I specialised in the recruitment of both legal and sales professionals across Manchester, Cheshire and West Yorkshire. Working with claims management, legal and debt management /insolvency companies to provide cost-effective recruitment solutions for their sales and back office operations.Recruitment Specialities Include: Fee Earners, Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, Claims Handlers, Sales Executives [at all levels], Sales Administrators and Customer Service Advisers.

I set up and developed a web-based Personal Insolvency business. The Business produced IVA Referrals for several major Insolvency Practitioners, administered in-house Debt Management Plans and also provided PPI Claim and Unsecured Credit referral services.The business was grown steadily over 4 years before being acquired by new owners in 2013.

Appointed as operations director to set-up and develop an in-house PPI claim offering from scratch. My initial focus was developing the marketing strategy through affiliate schemes and PPC advertising campaigns aimed at increasing and implementing growth opportunities for new client acquisitions.Additionally, I set up and developed quality assurance programs across the business and made significant improvements to streamline the businesses administrative processes, including reformatting and automating all claim and procedural documentation to ensure full compliance. In addition to my ongoing business oversight responsibilities, my subsequent day to day was managing the customer service and administration/DSAR teams; a role which included the recruitment, training and supervision of a large team of diverse employees.

I was service delivery manager for a prominent financial services, marketing business. I had overall responsibility for managing in excess of £2M in annual budgets for the campaigns of subprime mortgage brokers, insolvency practitioners and general insurance brokers across affiliate, radio, press and PPC advertising. I was primarily responsible for producing and evaluating all client and affiliate financial reporting, analysing daily statistics, quality assurance and human resources.This role also included significant business development and client relationship management duties throughout Northern England.

I was responsible for ensuring all of the companies staffing requirements were accomplished and maintained, as well as training, FSA compliance and the management of the company’s administration team.From January 2005, I oversaw and managed the large scale transition of the company from a regional broker to a major national internet brand after FSA regulation. I was solely responsible for the recruitment, training and development of over 30 sales, back office and technical IT staff into the regulated environment.
