My experiences in the IT Industry in Singapore have shaped me into a professional who is highly focused, strategic, and performance-driven, with high levels of ethics and integrity. My subject-matter expertise and a track record of successful roles and advancements are testimonies of a proven ability to build productive working environments and harness relationships with my colleagues and stakeholders alike.Before my current employment, I was an IT Support Specialist at SMF Computer Services. I provided extensive IT support to over 200 home users and 100 companies in various industries such as in education, legal, corporate and technology for over 15 years. Presently, I am the IT Director at SMF Computers Pte. Ltd. During the past 13 years, I have consulted with several international schools on IT planning and implementing the setup of new school campuses; ensuring licence compliance and modernising their IT infrastructure.I provide IT support and troubleshooting, database management, project management, maintenance solutions and end-user training. I am also a cloud administrator on various platforms and oversee aspects of hardware and licence purchasing.My career has been fulfilling thus far and this is a great motivation that keeps me moving forward. Exciting times are ahead with the rapid growth of cloud computing, AI, machine learning and power platforms.
