I am a design enthusiast and focused sales leader within the contract furniture industry. Having studied graphic design in college, that attention to detail resonates in all areas of life.My first position as product specialist at a manufacturer's rep group allowed me to focus on the A+D community and establish strong relationships. Each brand in that portfolio carried a high level of design. I helped pioneer awareness for BuzziSpace and Arper during that tenure in Boston, MA.I joined Inscape to introduce a new and exciting collaboration with West Elm called West Elm Workspace with Inscape to the New England market. As result of my efforts as a territory manager for three years, I was promoted to regional director of sales. I led a sales team covering the eastern United States out of the corporate showroom in Washington, DC. During this timeframe, and as a result of severe impacts from COVID-19, I helped rebuild the local team in DC and establish a new independent rep network throughout the region.I am now National Sales Director at Smith System leading a team of regional sales managers in the eastern United States.Leading by example and finding design inspiration keeps me motivated. I am a firm believer in treating others the way you want to be treated.
