Project and Program Manager for new ERP implementions and solution upgrades, including uplifting to the Cloud. Focusing on large and medium size business across a range of industries. This role has included implementations across 4 continents. Core ERP solutions include ERP LN, ERP LX, M3 and System 21. In most implementations this has included additional Infor products as well as third party products that have needed interfacing into the Infor solutions. Project teams have varied from approx 6 team members up to over 100. Also managed both Infor consultants and also contractors. Undertaken Project Management for Infor and also specifically as a project manager within Infor customers.
