Current role - ISC Contract Manager for the STS-Tebodin JV leading the +6000 strong Engineering and craft labour workforce with accountability for achieving safe and cost effective work program delivery performance for PDO EMC-North in Oman. Other key accountabilities include achieving JV business outcomes, continuous improvement, cost reduction initiatives, Omanisation, optimising 'in country value', managing client and JVP relationships, etc.

Worley Parsons Improve Contract Manager with accountability for establishing and developing the WP team to support client in the safe & effective delivery of brownfield projects to achieve business outcomes.Accountable for the delivery and growth in business results for Worley Parsons. Strategic goal of delivering good performance to client to help nurture the initial Consultancy Agreement into a long-term Improve Integrated Service Contract providing all services for brownfield project delivery including offshore implementation.This is a joint role and includes secondment into client’s senior management team as Maersk Project Delivery Manager supporting Vincent FPSO (Ngujima Yin). This is a new role within the client organisation and involves set-up of the project delivery capability including: building and up-skilling the team with a focus on improving technical integrity, implementation safety & project management; developing the (first) prioritised work program; building & interfacing the various project controls tools to improve control of project delivery; and managing the project delivery team in the development and execution of modification projects on the FPSO. The role also includes managing the interface with the M60 repair project team which is concurrently executing a large repair scope on the FPSO.

Transfield-Worley JV is the Integrated Service provider to Woodside Energy Ltd in Perth Western Australia. TW implements brownfield projects on North West Shelf facilities. Projects range from major upgrades to portfolio of minor/medium-sized projects. My current role is NR2 Brownfield Interface Manager managing the interfaces between NRA Brownfield project team, new bridge-linked NRB platform project team & NRA Operations associated with $5bn NR2. Previous senior roles in TW include: Project Manager and Deputy Project Engineering Team Manager.

AMEC-Mobil Alliance. Working within Mobil Operations Support Group and accountable for developing and executing a portfolio of multi-discipline projects on Beryl field platforms.Other duties include: Deputy Project Team Lead assisting with supervision of project and engineering personnel; delivery of project KPI's; stand-in Platform Engineer and member of platform emergency response team.

Member of the Field Operations support group of this newly established LNG operating company and major development of the offshore North Field.Working with the Qatargas major project team to develop the front-end and detailed engineering for the facilities expansion for the new 450 mmscfd / 18,000 bpd 3rd production train comprising a new remote wellhead and production platforms.

Responsible for supervision of engineering & design team implementing various onshore & offshore projects in the Arabian Gulf region including new CALM buoy and PLEM facilities for Kuwait National Oil Co. and ADCO Jebel Dhana.

Brown & Root ~ BP Exploration/Brown & Root Partnering (Aberdeen, UK).Member of the operations support group and responsible for developing and implementing a portfolio of major & medium sized multi-discipline brownfield modifications projects on BP Forties field platforms.

Responsible for providing technical support to North Cormorant platform operations & maintenance team and offshore construction team on all instrumentation and control aspects including oil/gas fiscal metering and fire & gas emergency shutdown systems and Honeywell TDC3000 distributed control system interface for Eider platform.Seconded to Shell UK. Southern Operations as Instrument Commissioning Engineer to assist with commissioning of the new Leman ‘F’ & ‘G’ gas production platforms. Responsible for the supervision of the instrument commissioning team.

Senior Instrument Engineer on a greenfield project for Zadco on behalf of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. involving the construction, hook-up and pre-commissioning of 74 unmanned oil/gas production and water injection wellhead platforms situated in the Upper Zakum field.

Working in team to deliver front-end and detailed engineering for replacement of pre-absorber cooler packages on Brent Bravo and Delta platforms for Shell Expro Aberdeen.

Completed a 4-year CAPITB/IEE approved apprenticeship with the UKAEA and then employed in the Systems Engineering Design office and Daresbury Nuclear Physics Laboratory on various projects.
