Tommy Tucker Limited is a major popcorn manufacturer selling to the cinema and leisure industry in the UK and Tommy Tucker Vending was a manufacturer and operator of child-friendly vending machines.Responsible for the financial control and business planning of all three businesses. Reporting to major shareholders and Board Directors.Planned business roll out of Vending business to 250 pub locations.Regular performance presentations to major pubcos such as Whitbread, Spirit Group and Punch Taverns.Raised Regional Development Grant finance for popcorn business to fund new factory and distribution centre.Conducted disposal negotiations of ceramics business and assisted sale to Chinese suppliers.

Miracle Retail Plc (trading as Feed the Five Thousand) was a UK based operator of sandwich and coffee bars specialising in products freshly prepared in each branch daily and trading through a chain of 10 branches.Based in Manchester and reporting to the Managing Director and Chairman of this £3m turnover business. Responsible for all financial reporting to the Board, shareholders and corporate advisors.Conducted detailed branch performance monitoring.Preparation of management accounts and control over transaction processing.Liaison with shareholders, potential investors and corporate finance advisors.Assisted with the subsequent disposal of the business. Littlewoods International Division was responsible for the sourcing of products for the UK through a global network of buying offices and for conducting retail trials in new markets. 1995 – 98 Finance Director – IndiaBased in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Managing Director and the Divisional Finance Director.
