Colleagues describe him as "Yes”, Is what Stephan said when I asked him for advice. I had the opportunity to meet Stephen after he replied to my request for information. You see, I was looking for guidance building an advisory board. Stephan was kind enough to share honest insights based on his prior involvement serving on a board. Stephen also showed genuine interest in my project aspiring to learn a more as to offer precise answers. One question I remember asking, “As the business grows and needs change.
