Ensure the safety & security of Customers, LUL Staff, Contractors, Tenants and Visitors by:- Monitoring the Station Environment reporting any safety hazards, security and/or potentially dangerous situations to the Station Supervisor;- Monitoring CCTV to identify any potential hazards;- Taking proactive and remedial action to prevent station overcrowding;- Taking action to prevent potentially dangerous and loss making situations from occurring;- Keeping an accurate log of all events/occurrences;- Ensuring all VCR and Audiotapes are managed effectively within the Control Room Environment to enable effective incident investigation.
