Start up of this regional master franchise office, responsibility included establishing staffing/support functions, working with corporate office to develop a marketing and advertising strategy and then executing fully on the plan. Led the development and sales growth of the Rochester regional market.

Responsibilities also included managing the P&L, recruitment of staff and new target market development.
