Mr. Reilly provided Architectural expertise and consulting services on an assisted living facility this firm was designing along with other projects and responsibilities.

Mr. Reilly spent 10 years at Elkus / Manfredi developing his design skills, computer skills, and people skills and made many great industry connections. While there he gained experience on many different project types such as biotech, commercial office, multi-family housing, mixed use, master planning, commercial interiors, and urban Infill housing. He was also able to develop project management skills and lead large teams from initial conception through to project completion.

This company was Mr. Reilly's introduction to working in Architecture. While there he was able to hone his computer skills, learn the business, and develop some fantastic connections which led to greater opportunities and career development.

I worked my way through high school and college at this fun high energy company. My primary responsibilities were managing employees, day to day store operations, and selling high quality sporting goods equipment and educating customers on the various products and services. I enjoyed part time sales and an active lifestyle ripping up the slopes and working here while establishing my career path in Architecture. Learning how to sell at a young age boosted my confidence and ability to sell my services and get my own firm off of the ground - If you work for yourself you're always selling!
