Mr. Renaud has more than 28 years’ experience in the financial services industry. For the past 12 years, Mr. Renaud has focused on venture capital raises for companies in life science and biotechnology sectors of the capital markets. Mr. Renaud has been affiliated with broker dealers who successfully raised over $300 mm in private financings for startup microcap companies to ventured back late stage companies. Mr. Renaud began his career at Smith Barney in its high net worth and retirement planning division. Mr. Renaud earned a B.A. in Economics from the Northeastern University in Boston. Mr. Renaud holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with the FINRA.
