Responsibilities include: assist Business and Legal with management of mandatory CIA requirements, continually assess training efforts for Business to ensure compliance, assess all business related platform functions for potential risk areas and proactively work with Business and Legal to ensure an adequate mitigation plan is in place to address any identified risks and collaborate with Compliance, Business and Legal on all SCBU related diagnostic reviews (product specific and platform functions). Facilitate and inform reviews for quarterly certifications by Pfizer management under the CIA. Manage and understand SCBU docket of compliance investigations in the Corporate Compliance Group and assist with remediation and corrective actions in SCBU. Assist with CIA field rides, compliance advisory boards and attend field based activities to monitor as needed. Show less
