Up to 160+ invoices entered per day which would be second checked by our finance officer before payment.Communication/Organisation: Submitting multiple medical refund claims to Private Health Insurers as well as Medicare on behalf of our clients.File and Mailing: Sorting and processing of up to 300 letters in the morning for specific employees and sections of the business. Scanning and bulk sending of around 60 letters in the afternoons.Reception: Dealing with difficult clients, taking notes, forwarding calls and sending emails all while constantly answering phone and keeping client queue below 5.Process Improvements: Personally developed Spreadsheets to keep track of hundred of client invoices and the process of medical claims that had been submitted.
