I am a non commissioned officer (NCO) for the United States Army and a fleet mechanic with 10+ years of experience working on heavy duty wheeled vehicles as well as cross train or be trained in whatever is needed. As a fleet mechanic I must work on light duty vehicles like cars and trucks. I also have experience working on small engine equipment such as Ventrack, Gator, and Polaris I also can work on heavy duty trucks and equipment such as Freightliner, International, Caterpillar, and John Deer. I all of these sections I'm required to diagnosis and fix the issues. I also have leadership skills in both areas as I have been an NCO in the USAR for the last 6 years. I work with and lead any number ranging from 1-20 depending on the situation or group. It is my job to teach and develop my personnel to perform wheeled vehicle diagnosis and repairs as well as mentor them to promote career and skill development. As the fleet mechanic it is my job to also diagnose and repairs faults as well as keep up will annual PMCS (preventative maintenance checks and services) on fleet equipment. I'm also experienced in customer service keeping good business relationship with companies that we work with.
