• Symantec backup exec 11d/2010/2012 – across two sites (for DR) and five tape libraries.• Backup monitoring tape swaps and full investigation work across five domains. • Liaising with customers and agreeing down time for fault resolution on a daily basis.• Data protector implementation to a HP Store once disk to disk system, test and migrate from backup exec. • Monitoring servers for uptime, down time, disk space, ping responses.• Working through a Marval call logging system to resolve the calls in an effective manner before they breach in accordance with their scheduling.• Basic SQL monitoring.• Migrating physical servers to virtual servers. This was done in Citrix Xen and later vmware• Exchange 2003 and 2010 – This was as part of a migration from 2003 to 2010. 2010 was installed in multi tenancy environment (Dual domains).
