Monitoring Technician• Monitor and maintain systems, interfaces, networks, and applications level alerts• Utilize network management applications to identify network/application faults• Document problems with the network and performance of applications• Perform research, analysis, and isolation of alarms that require escalation• Route problem tickets to the appropriate internal departments for further action• Provide input in further development and enhancements of the performed processes to make them more efficient• Support the HIOC to ensure all problem tickets, service requests, and change controls are appropriately assigned/completed• Mentor and train entry level technicians• Perform basic administration of the monitored systems and applicationsProvisioning Analyst• Create user accounts across many clinical and non-clinical applications including, but not limited to, general account access, security groups, & distribution lists• Resolve or escalate tickets pertaining to the provisioning service• Provide a supporting role for ongoing customer "on-boarding" and migrationsComputer Operator• Monitor, triage, and document mainframe interface issues• Route problem tickets to the appropriate internal, and/or external vendors or groups for further action • Perform system back-ups (AS400)
