With over 15 years of experience in retail and working in different areas of the retail business in that time, I can be considered a retail veteran. I have seen success and growth, both from a business as a personal perspective, but have also experienced failures, including having to close down a banner I was part of trying to position and build. All experiences, good and bad, have taught me about retail and about myself. Helping me to know where my strengths and passions lie when it comes to business. I love change, finding new and better/more efficient ways to do things, helping people to get new insights and through that find growth and development. I love working at the core of a business, directly involved with what drives and impacts the business. My drive and continuous strive for growth and improvement comes from my background in sports and upbringing. No matter where you are in life or business, there are always new things you can learn and areas where you can improve yourself and no matter how big the step, I love that I keep moving forward.
