In addition to generating new business as well providing estimating and bidding services, my main focus is building and maintaining the current business with some of CTCI's most important clients often times going outside of our wheelhouse to help them achieve their goals. CTCI's clients range anywhere from small municipal projects to large school districts and colleges, from small office fitouts to large Fortune 500 companys both local and nationwide. Here at CTCI we work one on one with our clients every step of the way through a project from the conceptual design, to the budgeting and pricing, and finally to the execution and completion. Responsibilities include Design Consulting, Pricing and Project Management of all Client IT and Structured Cabling needs.

Oversee and Manage all incoming project opportunities, including Design, Pricing, Review, and Designation of Responsibilities to departmental staff. Conduct a Quality Control Analysis on all projects awarded to determined what factors either led to its success or failure to insure that particular factors could be immitated or avoided in the future. If a project was lost, conduct and Pricing Review to learn of what factors may have led to its loss to also learn what can be improved upon.Generate New Business via networking with Consultant, General Contractor, Vendor, and Distribution, Contacts.Create project hand off packages including scope, breakdown of man hours, bill of materials, contacts, project docs (drawings, material quotes, addendum) as well as a execution plan. Provide availability during length of project and review with PM upon completion.

As an Estimator I Am Able to Use a Knowledge of Building Materials and Construction Methods and the Information I Collected or Gained through Experience of Work Related to Materials Required and Hourly Output of Workers to Create Cost Proposal for the Purpose of Winning Work through a Competitive Bidding Process.As a Project Manager it is My Responsibility to: Set Up a Plan to Build the Project, Assemble the Appropriate Workforce, Order Material, Track Deliveries, Manage Crews, Set Tasks, Oversee Billing and Costs, Project Earnings and Completion Dates, Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
