I have been in the field of adult mental health since 2001. I have had the opportunity to work as an outreach worker, crisis worker, therapist team leader for an ACT team and most recently as a Manager of Clinical Best Practices . I have my LCSW as well as my CADC. In my most recent position I’ve been focused on helping others develop their clinical skills, including; Motivational interviewing integrated dual disorder treatment, and health and wellness.
