Payroll And Expenses Manager
CurrentIn my current role as Payroll Manager I have three direct reports in the payroll team - Senior Payroll Specialist, Payroll Specialist, and Payroll Administrator. The main task for our team is preparing the monthly payroll for over 1,200 staff and ensuring the payroll is completed accurately and on time.Other tasks include:Preparing data for payroll budgets and quarterly forecasting.Monthly reporting to the business on payroll costs and up to date payroll headcount.Full quarterly reporting to Three's parent company in Hong Kong. Engaging with stakeholders on any matters that will potentially impact payroll.Working with finance during month end.Engaging with our team in Austria to keep our systems updated to ensure we are compliant with any new legislation.Working with the business to successfully implement our new Flexible Benefits system.Bi-weekly business expense payments.Various other ongoing projects.
