Responsible for establishing, staffing and marketing a new department designed to increase client retention and gain approx. £300,000 of revenue in year 1. I run a comprehensive system designed to identify and convert potentially lost leads into mortgage and insurance sales. In addition to this I undertake weekly and quarterly analysis and report this to the firms partners and network of affiliates. Since the launch in January 2013 we have exceeded the overall conversion target by 14%. I also have my own client bank and conduct both face to face and telephone mortgage appointments feeding directly into the income stream of this project.

Primarily responsible for mitigating the companies exposure to loss and financial crime. This role would involve indepth analysis of each application to ensure that the proposed advance was compliant with company criteria and FSA regulation. If their application was successful, my client would need to be offered the product most suited to their needs once these had been identified and discussed.
