As Assistant Project Manager, my role is to assist and support the Project Manager/Director with daily duties incl. coordination and allocation of resources to tasks as per needs & requirements, management of project finances & forecasting, budgetary tracking, drafting and distribution of minutes, and risk identification and mitigation through RAID logs. Liaise with the Project Directors and personnel of wider team to ensure required input is defined, milestones are set and timescales for deliverables are met as per contract scopes. Communicate directly with client, stakeholders and wider team to report on project status while managing and updating on change management process.Manage and update master project programme, serving as contact point for wider team to query any specific input and deadline for delivery.Project manage individual contractual deliverables of project e.g. London Case Study Tour for Angolan Public Officials; organise & lead all aspects of event such as, budget management, itinerary planning and act as a liaison between delegates and individuals from UK governmental departments.

Project managed external specialists undertaking technical sections of an Environmental Statement to accompany planning permission for a large scale power plant.Managed the review and production of a number the Environmental Statements chapters.Knowledgeable and up to date in current environmental legislation and policy understanding, with a proven record in EIA report writing management, project management and coordination.

Acted as a Project Coordinator to the Director assisting a number of clients to attain LEED certification for residential and commercial developments. Managed a number of energy audits of premises with subsequent reporting. Duties included collating evidence for LEED certification, meeting with clients, report writing and tendering for new contracts.

Full-time language coordinator, translator and teacher for senior executives of Multinational Companies in Brazil.

Project managed a number of EIAs, specifically for onshore wind farms in Ireland, from scoping to project completion.Executed specific sections of various Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA), incl. Noise and Air Modelling Reports (AERMOD/CadnaA).Dealt with tight deadlines, budgetary tracking, and co-ordination with in-house and external specialists to ensure planning permission was granted enabling projects to move into their next phase.

* BIM promote the sustainable development of the Irish fisheries industry.* My position within the Inshore Fisheries Development department involved understanding EU legislation and helping to fulfil national obligations.* I also worked on various fisheries and environmental projects, including the review of a number of EIS’s for proposed offshore wind farms.* Working with a Fisheries Development Officer, we collated, reviewed and submitted financial data to the EU Commission in Brussels to comply with legislative requirements. To achieve this we worked closely with the Head Representatives of Co-Ops and Sales Entities throughout Ireland.
