Duties include:* Maintain Enterprise telephony hardware and software *Documentation and administration of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications, call treatments and complex intelligent call routing configurations. *Monitors voice, CTI, fax and data communications environments and application behavior to ensure integrity, reliability and performance. Able to identify utilization anomalies and make appropriate configuration changes to scale the telecommunications architecture. *Works closely with internal and external technical teams including the telecom carriers to resolve telephony issues. *Administers & documents other Telephony systems including electronic fax, outbound dialers, voice mail, messaging & conferencing systems. *Provides Tier 3 technical issue resolution and guidance in their area of Telecommunications and Call Center support. Mentors lower Tier team members. *Performs daily maintenance checks and insures proper escalation and resolution to challenges found with ongoing daily support of voice/data activities
