Assisted in the planning and implementation of the Company training exercise. Supervised the day to day operations of 10 Active Reservists and civilians to ensure standard operating procedures were met. Managed and coordinated the Company Field Training Exercise of more than 240 Soldiers from three different locations in two different states.
