Second in command of heavy HR Company (Postal) with strength of 260 Soldiers in 9 platoons in four locations in two different states. Assisted in the planning and implementation of the Company training exercise. Supervised the day to day operations of 10 Active Reservists and civilians to ensure standard operating procedures were met. Managed and coordinated the Company Field Training Exercise of more than 240 Soldiers from three different locations in two different states.

Responsible for maintaining the combat readiness, health, welfare, accountability, morale, discipline and leadership development of a postal company consisting of 1officer and 36 enlisted Soldiers. Plan, organize, lead and control operations during training exercises, as well as peacetime and wartime missions. Oversaw the successful redeployment of 21 Soldiers from Iraq and subsequent recovery of equipment from theatre.

Responsible for maintaining the combat readiness, health, welfare, accountability, morale, discipline and leadership development of a HR detachment consisting of 30 enlisted Soldiers.
