• Designed two cost models for evaluating the cost of fuel cell systems. Model was used to budget future projects and predict the cost of systems for fabrication in volume.
• Managed a team of three mechanical assemblers to build prototype fuel cell systems.
• Developed manufacturing procedures for the production of prototype fuel cell systems.
• Applied Lean Management techniques in the form of a daily morning build meeting to improve communication between the Manufacturing, Procurement and Engineering team.

• Created reports to help direct over $75 million of manufacturing equipment and people to meet aggressive ramp deadlines on time and within budget.

Brooks, Alberta

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of two of crude oil production batteries. Maintained 35 wells and six single well batteries. This involved surveying wells, checking daily production volumes, surveying oil batteries and reporting data back to the main office.
