The HRIS Analyst develops and maintains data analytics and reporting for HR and other business operations. The HRIS Analyst maintains administration of the HRIS and assists with other systems integrations and special projects in Ceridian's Dayforce software systems. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the processing, maintaining, and auditing of employee records on the HR Information System, Dayforce, with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

[ Current position - Business Systems Analyst ] Current duties consist of providing the highest level of service possible, working directly with our clients HR Managers, Operations Managers and/or Payroll Managers, while also coordinating with internal teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated resolutions and overall team efficiency. Day to day activities include interaction with clients and internal teams, triaging, troubleshooting and scoping issues or new Project requests within the Dayforce application; and tracking them in Parature and NetSuite. Typically this involves investigating employee pay or benefit issues that stem from policy/rule configurations, time away from work balances/entitlements, improper entry or caused by incorrect employee data. Once identified, setting client expectations, updating and testing configuration changes, and providing thorough yet concise explanations along with root cause analysis prior to moving changes to Production. Previous position within Ceridian (HRO Case Manager from 2012-2013) consisted of providing high quality HR/Payroll support services for our HRO clientele involved identifying and resolving issues within payroll, time & attendance, wage attachments, HSA/FSAs and HR data/Data feeds. Tasks include troubleshooting and resolving end-user questions, concerns, and problems with data, systems or configurations; as well as providing system walkthroughs and assistance directly with clients or their individual users. This position also required constant communication with clients providing status updates, as well as other internal departments to obtain resolutions to ensure a timely and proper response is received by the client or end-user within a predefined TAT. This included working, monitoring and managing consumer cases, ensuring each department completed necessary tasks within a timely fashion; and required proper time management and prioritization to maintain the TAT for up to fifty cases at any one time.

Senior Graphics Specialist / I.T. Manager Duties included delegation of department work to my team members while overseeing their progress, reviewing completed work and mentoring where needed. In addition, specifying priorities, and setting client expectations for multiple projects, which included coordinating and proper time management to meet all deadlines or reset expectations as necessary. Primary purposes of the team included designing marinas and single family boat docks, creating permitting exhibits, habitat maps, acreage calculations for impacts and preserves maps, site plan designs or modifications, scale rectified aerial overlays, dredge & fill calculations and highly detailed construction plans with 3D views, and “as-built” comparisons once completed. Additional responsibilities included troubleshooting and correcting all hardware & software issues that had arisen for any co-workers that experienced any system issues. Field work included relocating tortoises, water sampling, operating boat, checking field cameras and scuba diving to locate and mark sea grass beds or coral reefs for potential relocation or impact analysis.

Duties included delegation of closing duties for up to 15 employees while monitoring their progress and verifying proper completion each night. Tasks also included cashiering, processing returns/refunds, responsibility and sales of lottery tickets as well as winnings, and handling any issues/complaints from customers in-store. In addition, this position also required verifying accuracy of all cashiers money drawers each day, counting all daily cash intake for the store, and witnessing “drops” into the safe each night during closing among other miscellaneous tasks to ensure the proper all-around function, efficiency and harmony as a team and as individuals.
