I was previously a Capital Markets executive, specializing in equity investment sales. Throughout my 20+ year career, I have been responsible for the sale of over $50 Billion of investment properties including the largest leveraged buyout in history (Blackstone/EOP). In addition to being the Suburban Market Leader at Colliers International, I also have oversight of Operations in the New York Tri-State business. My areas of focus include P&L ownership, increasing EBITDA and margins, recruiting, retention, identifying and mitigating inefficiencies, increasing revenue for each business line through organic and external growth as well as cross selling of business lines, and most importantly creating lasting impact on the business DNA.
