End to End responsibility for the output of multi-national Package Booking Website team.

SM of Cruise and Flight Only web teams running to a mix of methodologies and both on and offshore.During the WFH era built 2 successful teams from scratch involving personnel located in 9 countries into mature agile teams delivering financially successful features to the European flight business.Implemented BDD successfully in Cruise team, resulting in a 97% reduction of "In Sprint" defects and also delivered BDD process training to the other BAU scrum teams.Inaugural SM of new Flight Only team, helping to carefully manage people through some very large changes in process and responsibility and helping them discover how the new team will work best.In conjunction with the rest of the Agile Practice, delivered multiple agile training courses both inside and outside the IT department, including a course on implementing agile values to all departments as well as Kanban courses to IT scrum teams.Involved in migration from Rally to Jira including input into workflow design, process and issue tracking as well as channelling my old dev self to write a text processor to bridge the gap between a rally export and a Jira import.Consistent champion that teams should be self-organised and given the freedom to shape their internal processes to enable the team to be most effective while managing the external communication challenges this can sometimes pose.

Responsible ultimately for 4 teams simultaneously, including two outsourced during transition to multi skill, multi team setup and migration from TFS to Jira/Git. Led definition of workflow across multi team, multi project product juggling the different process needs.Championed self-sufficient, multi-skilled teams running a modified Kanban methodology. Also had line manager and Mentor responsibility for junior developers and interns.

Developer during rapid expansion of both company and product from 40 employees when I joined to over 120 7 years later and during transition from proprietary language to a full C#.NET product, implementing new and improved versions of many of the product's most used and valuable features.I also had responsibility for developer recruitment from 2009 - 2011, taking the lead through the whole interview process from CV to hire and continued to be fully involved subsequently including managing our presence at recruitment fairs, at which we met many future long term friends and colleagues.

Joined as manager of small Express store before moving to a larger store as Assistant where as games champion in that sector, rental revenue increased by 65% in 6 months.

Joined as a temporary Christmas worker but was quickly hired full time and moved to a pilot store for GAME's short-lived DVD retail chain "Pure Entertainment" where I rose to Assistant Manager.
