Managed Night Vision Programs, Engineering Design, FAA Certification Engineering and coordinating all aspects of the project with the customer to meet on time delivery. Installation of NVIS modification kits working closely with the Fort Worth FAA ACO to make sure all FAA regulations were met and customer requirements delivered on time. Through the years I have developed a very close and trusted working relationship with the Fort Worth FAA ACO.

General Manager for a custom design group for VIP aircraft interiors. Supervised all engineering personnel to meet customer expectations with on time deliveries. Responsible for establishing a payroll system and 401K plan for the small and growing company.

Developed new products based on customer requests. Obtained several STCs for NVIS compatible kits coordinating all efforts through the FAA as acting certification engineer. Program managed the aircraft simulator group working closely with L-3 Communications Simulation Division and the U.S. Navy flight operations.

Supervised all Engineering and Manufacturing personnel. Responsible for customer interface to create engineering solutions for their night vision requirements. Utilized the latest in filtering technology to produce NVIS modifications second to none.

I was involved with moving the entire Glar Ban operation to Plano, Texas. I was responsible for the Sales, Customer Service and Engineering for the on going Night Vision business. I was involved with all facets of the company to maintain profitability.

Glar Ban was a quick response technical team that was responsible for modifying the US Military's helicopter fleet to Night Vision Compatibility. At the time we controlled approximately 80% of the night vision business across the U.S.
