Stephen is experienced in dealing with High Court and County Court litigation. As a personal injury lawyer he has acted for many victims of accidents and disasters including representing victims of the Ladbroke Grove (Paddington) and Potters Bar rail disasters. He also deals with clinical negligence cases.Stephen is a specialist in dealing with RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) cases and has successfully represented claimants at trial against high profile employers including Barclays and HSBC (formerly Midland Bank).
