• Developed securities’ accounting, valuation and reporting database for a $300+ million firm. • Worked as contract-CFO for two start-up concerns. Prepared and filed corporate tax returns.• Created real estate financial models for a Southern California real estate development project. • Led a 20-person project team in a $1.5 million deployment of J.D. Edwards (ERP) software.

Managed banking relationships, cash flow, corporate financial planning, analysis, budgeting and management reporting. LifeMinders was an online, permission-based NASDAQ (LFMN) marketing firm. Managed a $100 million plus cash and securities portfolio. Prepared and reviewed periodic SEC reports (10-Q’s and a 10-K).
