I am a recent graduate of SUNY Oswego, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I have a strong interest in applying my technical skills to solve real-world problems and create innovative solutions for the future.Before enrolling at SUNY Oswego, I worked for over thirteen years in the financial services industry, where I gained valuable experience in operations management, data analysis, reconciliation, and valuation. I led a team of 12 staff members in the billing production department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of functions. I also contributed to the improvement of processes and systems, resulting in increased efficiency and quality. I have a bachelor's degree in management and leadership from Le Moyne College, where I developed my skills in communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
