  This event production organization was the premier independent producer and promoter of large-scale, complex, pop-culture conventions (comic con) in the United States. The multimillion-dollar portfolio includes flagship events Tampa Bay Comic Con and Indiana Comic Con, plus smaller events: Atlanta Comic Con, San Francisco Comic Con, Michigan Comic Con, and Wisconsin Comic Con. Flagship events would draw up to 50,000 attendees each, while the smaller events would draw 10,000 – 20,000 attendees each. In 2021, all of the conventions were sold in an acquisition deal to FanX.I led overall event strategy, revenue generation, strategic partnerships, venue relations, vendor relations, exhibitor relations and booth sales, exhibit hall management, experiential programming, crowd control, art direction & design, copywriting, advertising strategy, media buying, celebrity/talent booking, social media, and public relations. All of the aforementioned duties I performed directly for several years while the company was in its infancy, gradually delegating some tasks as time progressed and the team grew.
