In my role within Brunswick Global Operations I am responsible for leading a talented team of engineers in the successful rapid product development, integration and sustainment of recreational boats for distribution and sale in Europe and other regions. This includes researching, developing and implementing mechanical, electrical, composite and structural system designs for all Brunswick Marine EMEA products (Uttern, Arvor, Quicksilver and Bayliner - Europe). Through the use of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, application of existing “best practices” and integration of new technologies we execute designs that are robust, manufacturing friendly and competitive within the marketplace. My team works with internal and external suppliers to ensure that the end product meets all necessary internal product specification, quality and supplier requirements.
